Services:

Catrina Rowe Coaching, Catrina Rowe, gives guidance through personal life experiences and challenges that may address topics such as work, family, friends, romantic partners, school, lgbtq2s+ troubles, spiritual topics, identity, sense of self, grief, various kinds of recovery and mental health struggles, or general conditions in the Client’s life. Catrina Rowe Coaching practices empowering individuals through coaching, advising, aiding in personal development, and/or consultation to help clients improve their lives. Catrina Rowe Coaching uses electronic communication to connect with individuals through videoconferencing.

Client Rights & Responsibilities:

1. As the client, I am responsible for my own health and well-being along with any decisions I make and carry out as a result to using Catrina Rowe Coaching Services.

2. I understand and agree that Catrina Rowe Coaching is not liable or responsible for any actions, inaction or any direct or indirect result of services provided and I clearly understand that sessions are not therapy and cannot prevent or treat mental health disorders or medical diseases.

3. The laws that protect the confidentiality of my personal information also apply to the services provided by Catrina Rowe Coaching. However, limitations of confidentiality exist and include the following:

• If the information I share during a session suggests abuse or neglect of children or dependent adults.

• If the information I share in a session suggests that I will harm myself or someone else.

• If the information I share involves committing a crime against any person.

• If I am involved in a legal issue and a judge subpoenas my file.

4. I understand that there are risks to the use of technology and electronic communication services, including, but not limited to, the possibility, despite reasonable efforts on the part of Catrina Rowe Coaching, that the transmission of my personal information could be disrupted or distorted by technical failures, or interrupted by unauthorized persons. The technologies used in sessions incorporate security to protect the confidentiality of client information transmitted via any electronic channel.

5. I understand that I have the right to withhold or withdraw my consent at any time.
